What the tenant/future home owner brings to the table…
All tenants/future home owners need to be in a position to provide the following…
- a down payment (sometimes negotiable) of the purchase price of the property in question
- the financial security needed to cover the monthly rent payments + the monthly option credits
Monthly Option Credits are typically 20% of your rent payment.
